There's one inbox. A real human reads it.
We usually reply within a couple of business days. No forms, no tickets, no "have you tried restarting your browser" bots.
What to reach out about
- Bugs. Include your browser, OS, and a short description of what went wrong. If you can paste the text you were trying to synthesize (or a shorter sample that reproduces the issue), that's gold.
- Feature requests. We're especially interested in use cases we haven't thought of.
- Accessibility feedback. If a screen reader or keyboard flow doesn't work the way you expect, please tell us — we'll prioritize those fixes.
- Press / partnerships. Same inbox, just include "press" in the subject.
- Privacy questions. Also same inbox, but check the Privacy Policy first — the answer might be there.
Things we probably can't help with
- Generating audio that violates someone's copyright or impersonates a real person. See the Terms.
- Adding a specific third-party voice library. If Kokoro gets better, we'll update it. If something significantly better ships, we'll consider swapping.
- Custom voice training. Quick TTS uses off-the-shelf voices. Cloning or fine-tuning isn't in scope.
