Last updated: April 2026. Short version: we don't collect, store, or sell your data. The text you paste never leaves your browser.
What we collect
On our servers: nothing. Quick TTS is a static website. The text you paste into the box is processed entirely inside your browser. It is never transmitted to us.
In your browser's localStorage: we save your preferences (volume, speed, voice choice, whether AI Voice is enabled, and the last text you pasted) so you don't have to re-pick them on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. You can clear it any time via your browser's site-data controls.
Third parties
Google AdSense serves the ads on this site. AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to show ads that may be personalized to you. You can review and change your ad preferences at Google Ads Settings. To opt out of third-party personalized advertising generally, see YourAdChoices or Your Online Choices (EU).
jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and Hugging Face (huggingface.co) host the JavaScript libraries and AI voice model files that power the optional "AI Voice" feature. If you enable AI Voice, your browser downloads those files directly from those CDNs. We don't control their logs, but neither has access to the text you paste — only to the fact that your browser requested the library/model.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site.
Cookies
The site itself doesn't set any cookies. Cookies you may see come from Google AdSense (ads) and are governed by their policies. The cookie-consent banner uses your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember you've dismissed it.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Because we don't have a database of your information, there's nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. To remove your local preferences, clear the site's data via your browser. To manage ad-related data, use the Google and YourAdChoices links above.
Children
Quick TTS is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be summarized in a short note at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
